This testcase is crashing on mac intel 10.4 at the very end of the testcase it crashes and exits with exitcode 138 when run with the "-Dnogc" switch. This failure was injected by changeset 2745:c1a3b9cba0e3

This testcase is failing on mac 0SX 10.4 and on solaris. Will have to mark the bug as a "skip" until this is resolved as we currently do not have a way to differentiate versions of mac osx
