52163 - Only 1 checkmark appears per menu

Build 2000-09-11-08M18: Mac 9.04

Overview: Only 1 checkmark appears per menu. Navigator's View menu only displays 
1 checkmark at a time when multiple checkmarks should be visible. This problem 
is very obvious but I can't find it in a bugzilla query.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Navigator select View|Toolbars
2. Make selections so that the 'Navigation Toolbar', the 'Location Toolbar' and 
the 'Taskbar' are displayed at the same time

Actual Results: When all the selections are made notice that only 1 checkmark 
appears. 

Expected Results: Instead, a checkmark should appear for each item that is 
enabled. In this case all 3 items should have a checkmark.

Additional Information:
a. The problem also occurs in Mail's:
- View|Toolbar submenu
- View menu. It should be able to show a checkmark next to 'My Sidebar', 
'Message' and 'Threaded' all at the same time but it currently only shows one.
b. Windows and Linux displays checkmarks as expected

Checkmarks should appear in the menus as expected so that the user doesn't 
become confused.
