Rearrange things so that "We believe" doesn't split into two lines in narrower screens.

We recently removed the area next to the 'We believe' text that had the paint strokes and the link to the Manifesto and this has given more room before the 'We believe' text breaks into two lines.  With the current design I think this is the best we can do -- we can revisit other approaches to how to use that space when we refresh the home page design.
