modutil's Makefile assumes that yacc produces the output files
ytab.c and ytab.h on Windows NT. These are the names of the files
generated by nstools/bin/yacc.exe used at Netscape (to be compliant
with the MSDOS 8.3 naming convention, I guess.) However, the
standard Berkeley yacc (byacc 1.9) generates files named y.tab.c
and y.tab.h.
The makefile should be modified to accept both types of file names.

In the patch I just attached, I also removed the "FORCE" target,
which doesn't seem to be needed. Anyone know why it's there?

Nelson told me why the "FORCE" target was there, so the
revised patch leaves it alone.
I checked in my patch.
/cvsroot/mozilla/security/nss/cmd/modutil/Makefile, revisions 1.4 and 1.5.
