521846 - weave account setup needs more feed back about what it is doing

after account set up happens and I select witch things I want to put in the cloud I get a throbbing graphic inferring something might be happening, but its not clear what is happening or what the progress is.  

the about:weave page shows graphics looks something like arrows pointing out from the center to my PC and the cloud...  e.g.

                                   signed is a chofmann    tools
                                                           debug log
                                                           start over

   [monitor]     <---...   0   ...--->   [cloud]


I'd expect what should be happening is that I'm synch'ing data to the cloud, and I should be able to see progress of that action.  maybe something closer to


   [me/my computer or device]   ------------50%............>   [cloud]


if there is multiple things going in like local backup, local encryption, network data transfer giving my an idea of these actions might also help me to understand what is happenning and where I am in the process.

Since we aren't using about:weave anymore, I don't think this bug applies. 

I'll close this bug as invalid, but feel free to open a new one if you have something better we can do with the new account setup UI.
