If you use STRG+T to open a new tab, while the active tab is a youtube.com
tab, then nothing happens, like a dead keybinding. If you switch to any other
tab NOT displaying a youtube.com site, then it works again.

Bug has been persistent on the following systems i tested personaly:
WinXP 32/64bit, WinVista 32/64bit, Win7 Ultimate x64 (Release Version)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a youtube.com site
2. press STRG+T to open a new tab
3. nothing happens
Actual Results:
after that steps you musst use the "new tab button" to create a new tab, or you
musst switch your active tab to a NONE youtube.com site to use STRG+T again to
open a new tab window.

Expected Results:
open a new browsing tab
The issue is that a flash video that probably has focus, swallows all the keyboard shortcuts. Click outside the flash video to enable keyboard shortcuts again.
