I submitted a add-on twice somehow, and now have two entries under my developer account, each with the same add-on name and the same guid.  I don't see a way to delete then both and resubmit, and I am leery of continuing when there are duplicates guids kicking around in my account.

This may be related to bug# 518064

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure if this is reproducible
1. submit an add-on
2. <something goes wrong, add-ons doesn't appear to be added>
3. submit the same add-on again
Actual Results:  
Two submissions to add-ons are now under my account, each with the same name and guid

Expected Results:  
one submission under my account for that add-on guid

This will be fixed in the next push (this week, hopefully).  -> wenzel who was taking care of dupes.

wenzel, what is the plan for these?  Are you going to write more SQL for all the dupes right before we push?

Yes, see bug 518064 comment 4. I did check in the updated list of fixes as needed by last night's dump, but right before we push I probably have to update the list once more. We'll probably need IT to give us the add-on ids in question though if they are not part of our current DB dump.

This seems to have ran properly:

An author contacted me today, claiming he has multiple duplicate add-ons in his account:

I can confirm they all have the same GUID. Reopening, as apparently the schema change got lost for some reason.
