Details

We don't do anything special if the client only has a partial view, so we end up taking a long time to fetch everything (one chunk an hour for desktop clients). We can be more aggressive on the desktop so users can see all their bookmarks, etc.

Have the syncInterval getter return with a lower interval for non-mobile clients while still enforcing backoff if it's bigger than the sync interval.
