Details

On a mobile connection, we want to minimize the download and installation time.  Currently Weave ships all platform dlls/dsos in one single XPI.  This isnt optimal.

I think we should have the smallest (fastest) XPI possible for Mobile.  We can get there by having xpi's per platform (or moving the native c++ stuff into toolkit)

We can mix and match any way we want, there's build system support for this already, though we might want to go farther.

All that said, if we get ctypes in place, the binaries cease to be an issue.
This is possible, but not a priority.
