User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090911 Fedora/3.5.3-1.fc12 Firefox/3.5.3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090918 Fedora/3.0-3.9.b4.fc12 Lightning/1.0pre Thunderbird/3.0b4

I have two search folders stored (or whatever really happens when you create a search folders) on IMAP server. Whenever I run File/Offline Regime/Synchronization I get error message saying that "SELECT failed" (and sometimes something like "MRIGHTS fails", not sure about the IMAP verb).

Is it illegal to have search folders stored on IMAP server? If yes, somethng should stop me from doing so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a search folder on IMAP
2.synchronize all messages for offline regime
3.
Actual Results:
error happens

Expected Results:
shouldn't ... either TB should recognize that it cannot do SELECT (and MRIGHTS), or it should stop me from creating such folders on IMAP server altogether
