Renders אַרְבַּע backwards and probably other hebrew in SVG documents.

An example of correct rendering can be found here: http://blambi.chebab.com/boardgames/arba/ (top of the page).

This rendering problem was found in both Firefox 3.0.14 and Epiphany 2.22.3

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to an SVG with hebrew in it.
Actual Results:  
Hebrew is backwards/in reverse order.

Expected Results:  
Rendered as it normaly is, similar to how the html/xhtml is rendered. (normal bidi).
