Matthew said this is a bug. For the past couple/few weeks, I've been getting quarantine emails for all the lists I'm an owner of. Apparently these shouldn't be getting sent to the owners. Some of these lists include: build@mozilla.org, caminofeedback@mozilla.org, webmaster@mozilla.org, camino-docs@mozilla.org, bugzilla-admin@mozilla.org, and qa@mozilla.org.
This is working the way it should be. We had to enable this because people were not getting notification for their list to sort out legitimate messages. Sending it to the list owner is much better than sending it to everyone on the list. You can be removed from being the list owner and have someone take care of this or we can send notifications to some other address.
It is working as configured.
