I have looked everywhere and I cannot find where the problem is. If you can't help I WILL go back to outlook express. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.receive an email with an attachment or embedded pics 
2.send it
3.recipient will not have the attached stuff or the pics 
Actual Results:  
no stuff

Expected Results:  
sent the stuff

cliff, can attache here an email example using above "Add an attachment" lonk?
(email example that if forwarded lose attachment).

Could be a dupe of bug #520072?

If the original HTML is encoded as quoted-printable (see View > Message Source) that's likely bug 307023. However, that shouldn't affect real attachments.
