Please remove the restricted visibility and role visibility from bug #521439.

The submitter of the bug has not been able to do this, and I don’t see a way to do this myself.

If you change your Bugzilla email address to use your mozilla.com address, then it will let you do it.  If there's a reason you need to not do that, I can manually grant privs to your account to do so, but for what you're doing it'd probably make more sense to use the mozilla.com address anyway, just for visibility that you actually work for Mozilla.
