After fixing bug 56825 one would welcome automatic resizing of the mail header window pane in case the vertical scroll bar is invoked. The best seem to me increase pane height, say, by 50% or double it. Previously the pane was automatically resized to fit the content (but even full-screen was sometimes too small to display all the content, hence scroll bar was needed).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just get mail with a lot of recipients and try to review the list - the scroll is fine but you have only very tiny pane to view the list.

Make header pane higher by 50%
