Alerts now appears at the top-left of the screen, and not fully. I suspect this is caused by changes from bug 520913 The BCR of the alerts-container is 640x480.1333312988281 on my linux desktop build

the helperapp dialog was also misplaced, so I added top/left back to it pushed: https://hg.mozilla.org/mobile-browser/rev/2bdfd1bfcd3c
