Reproducible: Always
If I am sent an invitation to an event directly from Lotus Notes it is correctly received.
If, however, the invitation is forwarded, I see a blank email, but it does show a calendar attachment.
If I extract the VCALENDAR data from the email and place it in a .ics file and attempt an import, I get an error.

Philip, can you please upload the email source of the forwarded message to your ftp or attach it here with private data (email addresses, names) santinized?

I can open this email without a problem and see the email content generated by Lightning. Have you enabled the option to display attachments inline from the View menu?
