Can we please place the CTA up again for Five Years of Firefox parties?


+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #495530 +++

We need a CTA for the upcoming Firefox parties -- either one to replace the "Join" block or go above the "Featured Projects" block.

Alex or Neil:  Can you get Jay the files for the CTA Join block and the Featured Projects block?

Hey Alex:

I realize we just cloned that other bug and didn't give a lot of direction.  We want to re-use the party CTA that Jay designed for the 3.5 launch.  Do you happen to that the CTA block laying around?

If not, here is the background image (attached).  The header on it should be "Party!" Body text should be:

Plan an event or find a party to attend to celebrate 5 years of Firefox! 

It should link to:  http://www.spreadfirefox.com/party
