Details

Need to figure out how to pre-/post-process SUMO in order to get it into Transifex and back out. I can either translate it to .po and back like we used to, or I can write a new i18n method that can directly deal with SUMO's l10n PHP file.
I hear, it's a Q1 SUMO goal to switch to Gettext, so this is not high on the priority list right now.
