I'm trying to fix bug 338549 and on POP someone has reported a problem which requires secure authentication to a POP server. I haven't got one available which has this, so would it be possible to set one up by Monday?
What exactly do you mean by secure authentication? TLS or APOP or both ?
APOP or cram-md5 on the actual authentication details is what we want.
Done, pop3://mail-test.mozillamessaging.com:110/ is Cyrus POP3 with APOP and CRAM-MD5 enabled. Existing cyrus imap accounts should work with pop too now.
