User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727) Build Identifier: Lightning .9 When I enter a search term for a calendar entry in the past I am not receiving results that are consistent with my celendar entries. Here is an example: I have a Calendar entry on 10/1/09 called "Test". When I serach for this entry on 10/16 with the search term "Test" and I given no results. This calendar has been recently set up in Lightning, after 10/1/09. In an attempt to resolve this or determine the problem further, I edited the "Test" calendar entry from Lightning to a different time (just 15 min later) and searched again, and the search found the "Test" entry. The bug seems to be related to existing calendar entries prior to loading the calendar in Lightning. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have a google calendar with entries prior to laoding calendar into lightning 2. Load Google calendar as a network calendar with the secure XML link Google provides 3. Search for a calendar entry in the past Actual Results: 1. Search will not show any entries for non-repeating events in the past that have not been changed in Lightning Expected Results: Identify and display the past events in the search results

Long term we will be using gloda to search for events and the current search in its form will be obsolete. Can you reproduce this with a local calendar too? What kind of search filter are you using? (i.e "All Events", ...)
I have not attempted this with a local calendar. The search filter I am using is "All Events".
Scott, is this still happening?
sipaq, I believe Scott is gone
There has been a major rewrite of the Provider for Google Calendar between version 0.32 and 1.0. A vast number of bugs have been fixed during this rewrite, therefore I am closing lots of old bugs that I think might either be fixed or no longer apply to the latest version. Please read the updated FAQ [1] for details on known issues. If you can reproduce your issue with the latest version of the Provider for Google Calendar and you can't find an existing bug that handles your case, please reopen this issue. Thank you for your understanding. [1] https://wiki.mozilla.org/Calendar:GDATA_Provider
