Tracemonkey code has eliminated explicitSavedRegs.  Tamarin should do the same assuming performance is not impacted. Investigation and patch required.
'explicitSavedRegs' is dead-code in the tamarin branch.   Posting patch here merely for completion, if we ever think of reviving it.
