Bug 500849 pushed some changes for performance and it broke www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com. Bug 522818 was filed for configuration, but the code shouldn't fail if it's missing memcache configs. Once I know what's wrong I can fix.
According to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=500849#c26 , php-pecl-memcache might be the issue.
Can it automatically turn of memcache if the class doesn't exist?
(In reply to comment #2) > Can it automatically turn of memcache if the class doesn't exist? Yeah, I can add that today.

(In reply to comment #4) > r53704 That fixes the problem for me, but there might be other tweaks to do.
Adding memcache class detection fixed it, but it would be preferable to use memcache. Is this possible?
