This is something that happens to me a few times a week so it's pretty bad.

I'm getting windows that are restored but aren't visible and can't be reached. Symptoms are:

1. No window is visible on the desktop.
2. Window shows up in alt-tab, but only has an icon in front of it - no preview.
3. Window shows up in windows-tab as a member of the stack but as a tiny little window that is something like 100x20 pixels compared to all the other windows. Basically it's a window with the window controls to close, minimize, etc.
4. Selecting the window doesn't show you the window - nothing has focus.

Looking in the session restore file I see this:

"width":160,"height":38,"screenX":-32000,"screenY":-32000,

Editing the session restore file to make screenX and screenY to 0 makes it possible to see the window again, even though it's very small and needs to be resized again.

Something on session save is corrupting the data before it gets put out to disk and the restore doesn't ignore the obviously bogus values.
