Details
We just received confirmation from Microsoft that the .NET Framework Assistant can't be used to trigger the IE vulnerability addressed by MS09-054, so we can unblock the add-on. (NOT the plugin, which is where the darkness lies.)
DELETE FROM blitems where guid = '{20a82645-c095-46ed-80e3-08825760534b}';
chizu: can you help me get this done? Pretty please?

Also need to reactivate the add-on on AMO, as it was disabled.

Separate bug, probably -- can you file it while I try to track something down? Thanks!
mysql> DELETE FROM blitems where guid = '{20a82645-c095-46ed-80e3-08825760534b}';
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.57 sec)
