This is even pickier than most of the UI text bugs I'm writing up. Here it is: In the History prefs dialog, the title of the second section, "Location Bar history," should be changed to "Location bar history." We call this thing the Location bar without capitalizing the "B" in "bar."
Adding polish keyword.
asa, would you mind if I take this bug from you? Thanks, jglick.
I just spoke with Vera and Steve and they agreed to "Location Bar History".
Also changing "Browsing history" to "Browsing History".
Reassigning bug to myself. Ok'd by Asa.

Explanation for Blake: We've been going back and forth on whether or not group headings in the preferences dialogs should be all initial caps (as in, Location Bar History) or mixed upper/lowercase (as in, Location bar history). The problem is, some headings are really the beginnings of sentences, such as "When Navigator starts up, display..." and those would look strange if they're in all initial caps. At first we decided to go with mixed upper/lowercase, but then we noticed that there are very few of those sentence-fragment style headings. So we're going with the all initial caps style, *except for* the few sentence-fragment headings. Hope this makes sense... and wondering if you even wanted to know...
Vera: Thanks :) It is much preferred that you answer my questions before I even have a chance to ask them! ;) Anyways, I disagree with the all-caps idea because I think it'll look a little silly, it'll require a lot of changes (all over the prefs window, *AND* in other dialogs..you can't just do it in the prefs window and not change it elsewhere), and that doesn't seem to be how it's done in Windows. However, I'm not the tech writer... If we are going to go with all caps, I suggest that minor words like `and', etc. remain lowercase.
Absolutely. Rudman wouldn't have it otherwise! (He was an editor in a former life.)
(Oh oh, my dark past is being revealed...I suppose I might as well admit, too, to being a technical editor at one point as well.) Blake---just for clarification, we aren't using "all caps," but initial cap only. As for looking silly...Well, it looks better to me using the initial caps. On the Mac, the initial cap style predominates. There is some inconsistency, but our style will parallel what typically appears in, e.g., the control panels and other dialogs in the system software.
Are all the changes going to be checked in at once or over a period of days?
by all-caps I meant initial caps. sorry. jennifer checked this in...
