When an image has a longer Alt tag, right-clicking to display Image properties and to read the "Title:" shows the text as if it were inside Div with overflow:none, i.e. the text is longer that its encompassing container and it is not possible to read it to end.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://xkcd.com/652/
2. right-click to show image properties to read alt text
3. can't see the whole sentence
Actual Results:  
The alt text is not shown fully

Expected Results:  
I was expecting some king of scroll bar or a multi-line text.

Image properties is gone on the trunk.
