In 3.6, the compatibility reporter pretends to work with installed Personas in the Themes pane, but submitting the report doesn't work.

We should only display the compatibility menu for extensions and real themes.

I don't see installed Personas in my Themes pane in 3.6. Do I need a special personas version or preference?

There is nothing visually that distinguishes them. Make sure you are running a recent 3.6 nightly.
Ok I see them now.

I've updated the ACR extension to ignore installed Personas.
