Summary says it all. I've set 1 minute time for biff. Doesn't load new msgs
every minute. I've to manually click "Get MSg" everytime to get new msgs.
Build and platform:
Today's Linux comercial build.
Adding Gayatrib to the CC list, as she was working on biff code sometime back.
Nominating for nsbeta3, this is a basic and nice mail feature that is broken.

I talked to Suresh and this is because he never shut down and restarted. This is
a known bug and a dup of 24594.
