Sometimes the user downloads a file to open it (e.g. a pdf file), closes Firefox, restarts it and then try to open the file again. If he/she double-clicks the file, nothing will happen.
Firefox should instead offer to redownload the file (possibly with a checkbox to not ask anymore in the future).
