Once these minis are imaged in bug#523696, we need to set these up with buildbot, and any manual steps not covered in config management, and get these to TryServer.

ok, we're now up to: 16: off, waiting to be cloned, powered, and racked 12: still in use, but willing to swap once a newer mini is delivered. Once we get the 16 into production, we can see what has worst wait times, and decide where to put the remaining 12.
Keep finding more, so tweaking summary to be less annoying.

We don't need any more for try server, afaik. New slaves are going to linux64 talos.
