Suppose a webpage has previously been saved and it is then double-clicked (or dragged to the SM icon) to open it. If SM is already open, one's home page opens. If SM is not running, the saved webpage opens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save a webpage.
2.With SeaMonkey already running, double-click the saved webpage.

Actual Results:
One's own Home page opens.

Expected Results:
The saved webpage should open.
