This only happens while the page is loading. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Visit a website that takes a bit of time to complete loading. 2.While the tab shows "Loading...", drag it to the toolbar. Actual Results: The toolbar bookmark button will read "Loading..." Expected Results: The toolbar bookmark button should have the same title as the website title.

Unless the website itself is setting a "Loading..." title I don't see how we could. Btw, old unconfirmed bug, no feedback on recent versions.
