Details

Code no longer compiles; missing #ifdefs for VMCFG_LOOKUP_CACHE.  It could even look like code in CodegenLIR.cpp now requires the finddef cache.

I understand the cache looks like a win in general, but we probably want to retain this #define for the time being in order to allow targeting very small systems.
