Pretty sure we already have one, but should have a single point of contact for when we run into issues with our compatibility with the current version of Microsoft Silverlight

I have contacts on the Silverlight team and their business unit. For compatibility with current version, Andy Rivas (andy.rivas@microsoft.com) is the guy, but I would prefer that they be routed through me where practical. Thanks!
