I have the newest version of Firefox and I'm very annoyed with it.  When I try to open up Firefox, it takes 1 - 2 minutes just trying to open up on my laptop.  Also, when i am on any site, it takes forever to load up, especially if there is a java or adobe reader that also needs to load on the page.  I know it is not the actual websites and it is not my connection because I've re-downloaded the new Firefox and have run Internet Explore which runs better than Firefox.  Why is it running slow and what can i do to fix it?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clicking on the Firefox icon to bring it up. 
2. Going onto facebook, hotmail, google, my college's webpage, etc.
Actual Results:  
1. Takes minutes to load up.
2. Loads very slowly and also takes several minutes.

Expected Results:  
1. Firefox should of been brought under a minute.
2. Firefox shouldn't take several minutes to load a page.

do you see this with version 3.6 started in safe mode?

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
