Details

We've got someone gaming the stats for "most shared add-ons" (the "stats_share_counts" table).  There is a patch we need live to remove the add-ons name from the top share list.  Please apply attachment 407893 [details] [diff] [review] from bug 523982 to the live site.

I'm CCing Daniel in case he has insight into how to prevent this in the future.  The add-on ID that is the problem is 11584.

In order to really give insight, I'll need to know a little more about different ways people might attempt to game the system and then we can look for ways to detect and flag them.

They come from the "share this add-on" links.  All the stats are on your end from bug 482389.
