qm-codecover02 is inaccessible after VPNing to MPT
Incorrect. [root@cm-vpn01 ~]# ssh qm-codecover02.mozilla.org root@qm-codecover02.mozilla.org's password: Received disconnect from 10.2.73.186: 2: Too many authentication failures for root So the box is reachable via SSH on the mpt-vpn. Are you using the right credentials?
Phong tried to install vmware tools on this VM on Friday and went through multiple slipped chars at key board typing. If he typed a it prints aaaaa like that. That is the reason for multiple root attempts I always VPN to MPT and SSH with the same credentials [ non-root ]. I am able to access the box now.
