Removing tracking bug 526809 to cut back on bugmail. From now on let's use the [required amo-editors] whiteboard flag to keep track of our bugs.

This is a PITA to convert the old style URL to the new style URL, but I suspect this is fixed in the new tools, so -> andym to verify.

Downloaded locally and works just fine in zamboni, but it's got some nice long filenames that messed my CSS, so taking a moment to clean that up.
