Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Shut down SeaMonkey 2. Restart SeaMonkey 3. Actual Results: SeaMonkey mail freezes, SeaMonkey crashes. Expected Results: SeaMonkey mail should have worked. Navigation works, but when switching to email, SeaMonkey crashes. I would like to have been more specific about this, but I am new to SeaMonkey, and I am not a developer.

Which product/version are you using?
The version is seamonkey-1.1.18.en-us.win32.installer I removed xbox (ImportExportTouls-2.2-mod.xpi) at appdata/roaming/mozilla/profiles/default/nj8fjep1.sit/chrome per general directions at http://kb.mozilla.inc.org/profile-folder_-_SeaMonkey. I then tried SeaMonkey mail. It was a blank page. I removed SeaMonkey and reinstalled it. SeaMonkey mail is still a blank page.

(In reply to comment #2) > The version is seamonkey-1.1.18.en-us.win32.installer Please try if it works with SeaMonkey 2.0? Also, I didn't find any link to this add-on at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_SeaMonkey, are you sure that add-on is even marked compatible with SeaMonkey 1.1.x?
