I'm currently hitting the problem from #515254. The check-date-format-* tests fail and the test suite reports those failures at the end, but it still exits normally
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. autoconf-2.13
2. ./configure
3. make
4. make check; echo $?
