From your screenshot, it looks like you have font scaling on.
I can indeed reproduce if I right click the desktop -> Personalize, then click Adjust Font Size (DPI), set it to Large Scale (120 DPI) then restart the OS and retest.

I do have that setting on, does it make any difference? I still see this bug on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2b2pre) Gecko/20091104 Namoroka/3.6b2pre ID:20091104044846 What do I need to do to get it CONFIRMED?

I haven't tried to reproduce this myself, but it seems like a polish issue with high DPI settings, and I really really don't think that this should block the final release of Firefox 3.6.

Marking NEW based on comment 2.
Alex, can you please check it in a trunk nightly?

Still broken on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.3a2pre) Gecko/20100223 Minefield/3.7a2pre ID:20100223035408
I've changed this to "Trunk" based on that

"Add-ons" is now a tab so this is no longer valid.
