Details

On the main page there's a prominent link to a "Bugzilla User's Guide" which is 404.
The docs_urlbase parameter must be set to http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/3.4/en/html/.

Fixed.  Easy config change, didn't even need to wait for the upgrade. :)
