I have updated Polish holidays:
- removed old events (from 2007 to 2008)
- added all non-regular events to 2010
- unified categories

Calendar is valid from 2009 to 2020 for all events and longer for periodic events. Please update website.

I have updated Polish holidays, valid from 2009 to 2020.

I added new holiday and left only (bank) holiday
