This was supposed to be fixed in bug 522364.
Depends on: 526912
I abused my admin powers to mark those personas as inactive so I don't have to look at them. I don't know why those three got imported when there's 11 others just like them in bug 526912 comment 3. Pushing to 5.4 for now, and I'll close with Resolved->wtf if no more empty names pop up by the end of that milestone.

I'm not seeing these anymore. Maybe they're getting fixed on the personas side?
