steps:
* Open Contributions dashboard from the admin page (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/admin/statistics/contributions)
* Change view to "group by: add-on"
* it spins forever

I think some core JS is missing; if you look at the top right of that page, the application selector is flat (no JS to expand the application-selector menu), and the CSS is also missing for the left-hand category-nav menu.

My quick testing found that the CSV file it tries to load never loads -- I think it's something server-side.

This is a max execution time error.  I can add a limit to the query to fix things, like the 6 month limit on the other CSVs or a hard limit like 100 which would give you 10 pages of data.

Well, no one replied and I will argue it's more useful to see something than nothing, so I've put a limit to 100 in r55239 since freeze is tonight.
