Hello Camino-Team,

I have a feature-request for Tabspose in Camino 2:

is it possible to add the "RETURN"-key to Tabspose to select the currently-focused tab.

Currently it is the "SPACE"-Key.

Thank you in advance.

Mehmet

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. start Tabspose
2. switch beween the tabs with the "Tab"-Key
3. press the "SPACE"-key to select the focused tab
Actual Results:
Selecting the currently-focused tab only works with the "SPACE"-Key

Expected Results:
Selecting the currently-focused tab should also works with the "RETURN"-Key.
I considered this at the time, but opted for consistency with bookmarks and other keyboard-accessible buttons.

I suspect part of the issue here is that I made it keyboard-accessible even when the OS isn't set to "All controls"; once that's fixed, implementing this probably makes less sense.
Summary: Feature-request for Tabspose in Camino 2 → Allow selecting tabs with Return in Tabsposé
Alternately, we may want to add keyboard navigation for general use that's not accessibility-based--maybe arrow-key selection, and a custom selection indicator (darker rounded rect behind the whole region, maybe?). If we do that, we'd want to make Return work, since accessibility-norms wouldn't be the primary factor.
At least on 10.5, normal Exposé works with either Return, Enter (Fn-Return), or Space. Since Tabsposé is supposed to mimic that functionality fairly closely, it seems like it'd be a good idea to do that regardless.
Yes, and they also use arrow keys, not tab, to select. As I said, Return should work if we use something other than the key loop, which I'm increasingly convinced is a good idea.

Retitling and confirming.

Ohhh... if possible, please do NOT disable the "TAB"-key. Switching between the tabs with the "TAB"-key is also nice!!!

Thanks in advance!
