Details 
When manipulating the width of a non-last-in-row table cell, some things seem
not to work. The attached testcase will demonstrate:
1) The initial manipulation of "width" has no effect
2) When again changing the value of the width atttribute, garbage is painted.

Also try the sequence 1,2,1 when testing the testcase. That seems to produce yet
