User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091016 Firefox/3.5.4 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Firefox 3.0.13 After updating to Firefox 3.5.x, receive 'unable to connect' error for all websites. No known solutions to this problem have worked. I have tried: Shutting down windows firewall, deleting and re-entering Firefox into exception list after installation, disabling Symantec AV Corporate edition, disabling DNS lookup. Nothing has resolved the issue. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Firefox 3.5.x 2. Attempt to open any website 3. Actual Results: Error screen with message to effect 'Unable to connect. Firefox cannot find the server; try again later, etc...' Expected Results: Should have browsed the internet I don't have any additional firewall software installed beyond default Windows apps. For Antivirus, I use Symantec Corporate obtained through university, but no other security software has been installed. None of the listed fixes has worked. Please help.
