Can you be more specific? What extensions, and can you create a new profile and install, etc. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles?s=profile
I can install just fine with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20091029 Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) ID:20091029042857 on x64
